RULES.
I.-The Brigade shall consist of a superintendent, deputy-superintendent, foreman, and engineer, and at least six firemen, with power to add to their number, and be called the
* Volunteer Fire Brigade."

II.--There shall be a committee, consisting of the superintendent, deputy-superintendent, foreman, and engineer, the members of which, or, if necessary, a paid collector, shall have the collecting of the subscriptions; but the accounts and books shall be kept by one of the committee for the time being.
